The key points of our shipping at a glance.
Ordered before 9:30am, shipped today
We aim to ship orders placed on business days before 9:30am the same day, even with upgrades like Windows 11 or a larger SSD.
No standard shipping fees
We don't charge standard shipping fees for orders through Hej Refurbished. Regular shipping is always free.
Optional extra protection
For €7.50 you can ship insured or registered. Should a package unexpectedly go missing, we immediately start an investigation with the partner.
When will your order arrive?
Delivery times
How we handle delivery times, chosen delivery days and any exceptions.
Orders placed on business days before 9:30am, we try to ship the same business day. This also applies to orders with extra options or upgrades, such as installing Windows 11 or a storage upgrade.
At checkout, if available, you can select a preferred delivery day. This way you choose when you'd like to receive your order. We do our best to deliver your order at the chosen time.
Is your preferred delivery date later than the available options in the webshop? You can indicate this in the notes with your order. We’ll take this into account where possible.
Should we unexpectedly be unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we'll contact you by email or phone.

Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, we mainly use the shipping partners listed below.
Belgium & Germany
For customers in Belgium, we recommend shipping via PostNL. For Germany, we ship via DHL or UPS, depending on the available options and delivery address.

Insured shipping & shipping costs
Our products have value. That’s why you can choose extra protection during transport.
Insured and registered
Our products have value and are therefore shipped with care. If you choose insured or registered shipping, your package will be sent with extra protection.
Should a package unexpectedly go missing or not arrive, we start an investigation with the shipping partner. This allows us to have the issue carefully looked into and work together to find a suitable solution.
Fee: insured or registered shipping may incur a charge of €7.50. This is shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
We don't charge standard shipping fees for orders through Hej Refurbished. Regular shipping is therefore free.
If you choose an additional shipping option, such as insured or registered shipping, additional costs may apply. These are clearly shown before you complete your order.
Not entirely satisfied?
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Here's how it works.
Report your return
Log in to your customer account and report your return there, or send an email to info@hejrefurbished.com. We'll help you and email you the return label.
Pack the product
Once your return is registered, you’ll receive further instructions. Pack the device securely and carefully so it’s well protected during transport. Always include the charger.
Send the package
Use the return label you received from us and drop off the package at the shipping point. Keep the proof of shipment until your return is fully processed.
Refund within 14 days
After receipt, we check and process your return. Once approved, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.

- Make sure the product is returned complete
- Always include the original charger
- Pack the device securely and safely
- Use the return label you receive from us
- Keep the proof of shipment until the return is processed
- Report your return within 30 days of receipt
